Q: How does COD (Check on Delivery) work?
All COD orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order through FedEx COD services. All money order or cashier checks must be made payable to IQD HOLDING LTD with the $24 COD shipping charge included. You will give your money order or cashiers check to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. We ship your order with FedEx next business day service.
Q: When will I receive my shipment?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Q: When will get confirmation that my shipment is on the way?
We will send you a confirmation email or call you when the order is shipped with the tracking number.
Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes. You will be able to track your shipment on FedEx website.
Q: Do you Deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.'s?
FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.'s. however if you have a APO/FPO address you can mail or wire transfer the payment to us. We Can Only Ship COD orders Within the U.S.
Q: Is there a delivery charge for using COD services?
Yes there is a $24 shipping charge with COD purchases.
